How can I track my order once it's been placed?

Upon processing and shipment of your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on our site or the shipping carrier's site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We provide multiple payment methods for a seamless shopping experience. Options may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI, and other secure options. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take longer due to customs processing and shipping times. Track order.

What is your return policy?

Non-customized items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact. Proof (photos/videos) may be required.

Customized products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the personalized and customized nature of many of our products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions.

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Product received in damaged condition (with valid unboxing proof).

    • Wrong item received (with photo/video evidence).


2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible to request a return under these conditions:

  • For non-customized items, return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return requests without appropriate proof (photos, videos) may not be entertained.

Important:
Customized or personalized products (such as photo frames, custom memory boxes, mirror cards, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged or incorrect.


3. Reporting Damages and Wrong Items

  • Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return or replacement:

    • You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

    • Alternatively, clear photo proof must be submitted showing the damage or incorrect product.


4. Replacement Policy

  • After verifying your complaint, we may offer a replacement for damaged/wrong products at no extra cost.

  • Replacements are subject to availability of the same product or a similar variant.

  • Minor manufacturing variations (color tone, slight imperfections) do not qualify for replacement.


5. Refund Policy

  • If a refund is approved:

    • Orders above ₹199: Refund will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer within 1-7 business days.

    • Orders below ₹199: Refund will be provided via Gift Card or Coupon Code for future purchases.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued for customized orders unless confirmed defective.


6. Self-Shipping for Returns

  • Currently, we do not offer return pickup services.

  • Customers must courier the eligible return items to the address provided by our support team.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for standard (non-customized) products can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they are not yet shipped.

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial COD orders (with advance payments) are non-refundable if production has started.


8. Important Notes

  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Slight color, design, or size variations due to screen display or minor production differences will not qualify for return/replacement.

  • Orders placed during special sales, promotions, or with heavy discounts are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
